About us

About us

My office was opened in 1997 in the eastern part of Rostock, on the banks of the Warnow river.

The accountants and tax specialists employed here work on issues and problems of German and international provenience, and if necessary, together with tax and legal experts of the respective nationality.

In the course of time, I have reached a very beneficial international networking with my contacts in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Our tax consulting, which involves IT digitalization, comprises of the private sector such as holiday homes, cash equivalents, investments and inheritance matters,  as well as  other professional activities of employees working  abroad,  ranging from  complex situations with private individuals and companies to issues of the Digital Economy.

Our credo here is to explore the maximum possible scope in the interest of the client, without violating the realities of existing legislation.

As a point of intersection between International and German Tax Law we cooperate unreservedly also with your Tax Advisor if their knowledge is based for example exclusively on German Tax Law.

Beatrix Dziolko

Tax Advisor  / Expert Consultant for International Tax Law

After completing my studies of mechanical engineering and economics with the diploma in 1991, I began with the academic and practical (employee in various Tax Consultant Offices) preparations for the qualification to become an accountant/ Tax Consultant.

In 1997 I passed the exam and since then I have been working as a Tax Consultant  in my own office. In addition to the German Tax Law, International Tax Law  aroused my interest as a second focus.

Since  guaranteeing my clients the best possible consultation in this field is of utmost importance to me, I completed an extensive training program on these cross-border content. There after I was certified in 2015 by the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as an Expert Consultant for International Tax Law.
